It researches, compares, evaluates how much it costs to purchase a passport, or a residency card, or buy real estate around the world, and gives advice on what are the best bargains for “citizenship through investment” and so on. What is the cheapest price for a passport and what do you get? Where are taxes minimal? Many of the options he examines are not cheap, but for some, it can still be worth it.
